Maybe drove in a winning run or something. I do remember him getting interviewed post-game by Tony Kubek or Joe Garagiola.Flitgun Frankiehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04474023909860316340noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4487834052004001845.post-33059885215397764142012-03-18T19:01:53.701-04:002012-03-18T19:01:53.701-04:00Love this card just for the building....again i ju...Love this card just for the building....again i just let my imagination run for years thinking they held practice on a farm....

seems more pure americana that way...fredbeenehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16073502807697151767noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4487834052004001845.post-29805621988931343682011-06-06T18:56:11.459-04:002011-06-06T18:56:11.459-04:00Wow! They housed all the lockers for the entire minor league invities there. Its a lot bigger than it looks. As I mentioned in an earlier post, I spent two springs working in that shack in good ol' Cocoa, Florida. It was a great experience (even met Sandy Koufax once, when the Dodgers brought their double A squad in for a minor league showdown on the vast wasteland of practice fields. He was a roving instructor that year, and dipped inside the clubhouse looking for a Gatorade. He even signed an autograph for me--great guy!) memories.....tvgator1https://www.blogger.com/profile/17604549116669733508noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4487834052004001845.post-88274386626841945502010-08-12T13:32:30.543-04:002010-08-12T13:32:30.543-04:00Nice catch, Jim.
